The main course included a choice of: Surf & Turf, Coach's Famous Pork Chops, Chicken Parmesan, or Cashew-Crusted Tilapia. Dinner was followed by a selection of delicious desserts, including Banana Cream Pie, Chocolate Mousse and Key Lime Pie. Guests also enjoyed a full service bar which featured top-shelf cocktails, as well as Ditka’s namesake wine.
