New GM

Mike Ditka Resorts would like to introduce our new General Manager, Tatiana Vanvelzor. Tatiana has been a great asset to our team thus far, and we are excited to have her on board.

If you are visiting Mike Ditka Resorts, Tatiana will be more than happy to meet with you regarding any questions, comments or suggestions you may have.

Wine & Cheese

Take part in Mike Ditka Resorts Wine & Cheese Reception every Friday afternoon at 4pm in the lobby of Mike Ditka Resorts – Runaway Beach Club. Mingle with other guests, as you relax and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine.

Guest Surveys

While you’re here, please take a few minutes and fill out our new Guest Survey. The survey can be found in your villa and asks such questions such as “What was your favorite part about your stay?” and “Do you have any suggestions that would make your stay with us next time more enjoyable?”.

Our goal at Mike Ditka Resorts is to make your stay as fun and pleasurable as possible, so we would love to hear your feedback! Plus, if you turn your survey in to the front desk, you’ll receive a special gift!

Ice Cream Socials

Mike Ditka Resorts – Runaway Beach Club has been hosting Ice Cream Socials every Saturday, where guests can make their own sundaes for only $5.00. At the end of the summer, all proceeds raised during our Ice Cream Socials will go to benefit the Give Kids The World Foundation.

Can’t stop by to make your own ice cream sundae? Why not donate a ‘Scoop of Hope’ to Give Kids The World! You can donate at the front desk of Mike Ditka Resorts – Runaway Beach Club where a token of your donation, shaped like an ice cream cone, will be displayed for all guests to see! Plus, you’ll be helping out a great cause!

Give Kids The World is a non-profit resort in Central Florida that makes dreams come true for children with life threatening illnesses and their families. The Give Kids The World program provides these children and their families with weeklong, worry free vacations that include everything from travel, accommodations at the resort, meals, donated tickets to attractions and much more!
